Plant HR Manager (PG-HRM)
Based in Pulogadung – Jakarta
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Liaise, coordinate and implement HR Corporate policies, procedures and systems, CLA and personnel administration.
- Build and maintain relations with Union and government/regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate, recommend and do employee disciplinary action and employee grievances to ensure actions taken are in line with CLA.
- Analyze labor relations trends and keep abreast with labor law/regulations to provide information and advice to management.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment of employees at the factory.
- Coordinate and do recruitment orientation, on-boarding, deployment, termination and liaise headcounts status of employees.
- Select and recommend manpower supplier, help in coordinating, also liaise with external manpower supplier and Dept. Heads to ensure adequate supply of manpower.
- Promote and participate in community programs; provide support on sport events and / or other extra curricular activities aimed at developing excellent community and human relations.
Requirements:
- University degree in any field (Law major would be an advantage).
- 6 – 8 years experience in managing factory’s human resources and industrial relations.
- Sound knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.
- English proficiency.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
