Recruitment Manager
Report to Country HR Manager, this position will be responsible for :
To ensure an appropriate recruitment and selection method as well as placement a visionary employees who have values and capabilities as required to support the business growth are well implemented and aligned with organization’s strategic plot.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Preferable Psychologist
- 3 years of experience in recruitment of human resources function
- Min 1 year of experience in managerial level
- Strong knowledge and skill of Psychology tools as well as professional report
- Proven leadership, pro active, team work, self discipline and “Can Do” attitude
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Familiar with MS Office
