Recruitment and Training Executive
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Specialized in Recruitment Areas such as Sourcing (new Recruitment Channels), University Partnership, Online Recruitment, CV screening, conducting phone interview, managing an initial interview process.
- Develop, implement, review, improve and monitor HR Standard Operating Procedures including recruitment and training guidelines
- Experience in sales / telesales area is a plus
- Responsible in training materials from making, distributing, assessing, teaching and evaluating which contain:
- Accent Neutralization: English skills using American Accent
- Selling Skills and Telesales Knowledge
- Listening Skills using qualified ESL Materials
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Two years or more experience in Training or Recruitment
- Candidate must have a excellent English
- Candidate must have a strong leadership skills
- One Full-Time position available.
