Recruitment Officer
(Kalimantan Tengah PALANGKARAYA)
Responsibilities:
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, education & job skills.
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization,
- making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria,
- using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media,
- recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
- Prepare and maintain employment records.
- Hire applicants and authorize paperwork assigning them to positions
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree majoring in Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Excellent Interpersonal Skill, Excellent Communication Skill, Strong Analytical Skill.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin would be an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in PALANGKARAYA (Central Kalimantan)
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
