Recruitment Specialist
(Jakarta Raya – Karawaci – Tangerang)
Requirements:
- Male max. 30 years ancient
- Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00, having profession certificate is preferable
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position (recruitment & assessment) preferred in telco industry & IT service
- Having experience in interview technique, psychological tools, scoring and interpretation
- Having experience in recruitment based competency, development assessment tools and making assessment report
- Brilliant communication skill
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Disciplined individuals who have strong integrity and can cope with high work standard demands
- Mature professional with strong initiative
- Well organized, quick, efficient & creative
- WILLING TO BE PLACE AT KARAWACI OFFICE
