Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, education, and job skills.
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
- Prepare and maintain employment records.
- Hire applicants and authorize paperwork assigning them to positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or psychology.
- Minimal 2 years experience is searching or sourcing candidates, familiar with psychology tools.
- English is a must
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be located in Serpong – Tangerang dan Serang
