General Requirements:
- A Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Information System, Economy, or Equivalent
- An English proficient candidate, both oral and written
- A excellent communicator with strong administrative and organizational skills
- A mature individual with high self-confidence, and the ability to work effectively in IT environment
- Technical Qualifications:
- Having at least two year experience in Human Resources Administration
- Having at least one year experience in recruitment and selection process
- Having profound knowledge of HR concepts and government regulations on employment in Indonesia
- Having excellent interpersonal skills and strong capability to manage human resources
- Having excellent presentation and corporate administration writing skills
