Claim – General Insurance
(Manager & Officer Level)
(Jakarta Raya – MNC Tower, Jl. Kebon Sirih)
Responsibilities:
- Received completed claim document and check the data already fill correctly and completely, and handles and resolve complicated/escalated customer’s complaints or objection and meet their needs
- Monitoring compliance with existing law and regulations and guidelines, and report of claim investigation to support claim choice, including processing investigation if needed
- Responsible to review Claims guideline and SOP, Improving procedures and systems efficiency Claims Responsible to audit report
- Prepare claim reporting based on policy holder and to Management
Requirements:
- Male/Female, graduated from a reputable University, holds minimum bachelor degree, preferably master’s degree in any majors
- Manager Level : Minimum 5 years experience at Claim Department at general insurance company, in which 3 years served as Manager.
- Officer Level : Minimum 3 years experience as Claim Department at general insurance company
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excell, Power Point) and Internet
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, high achievement, and leadership
- High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent personality, communication, and ability to interact with all levels of people
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
