Alliance Geotechnical Services (AGS) is consortium of Geosciences Professionals and Southeast Asia’s premier supplier of G&G application support. We provide highly experienced Geosciences Professionals and support services to the geosciences industry. We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to fill the following position:

HR Manager

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • This position develops, advises on and implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization. Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to know and implement policies and procedures; Responsible for performing pre-award and post-award activities and a wide range of purchasing functions, contract evaluations and preparation of corrective actions including termination orders Reviews requests for adequacy of descriptions and ensures compliance with the Alliance Geotechnical Services’ Regulations and Policies. Analyzes bids and performs basic price analysis for determination of reasonableness; Undertaking regular salary reviews

Requirements:

  • University Graduate; preferably major in Psychology, Management or related field, or
  • equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions, preparing
  • advertisements, checking application forms, small listing, interviewing and selecting
  • candidates;
  • Experience in developing HR plotting strategies which consider immediate and long-term
  • staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels;
  • Experience in plotting and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff;
  • Experience in analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
  • Have an ability to conduct market and competitor analysis, both local and foreign.
  • Have the general knowledge on promotion, media, and design promotion program.
  • Strong English language skills, especially in English Business Reporting.
  • Maintain and develop working relationship with customers/clients.
  • Confident with clear convictions, a team-player, strongly believing in the team-work for
  • success.
  • Highly motivated, self directed and self starter.
  • At least five (5) years of proven professional experience working in Human Resources related activities.
