HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains HR daily activities and submit report to General Manager
- Manages the system, policy and procedures for employee and industrial relation throughout the company
- Develop and conduct HR processes include recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and organization development
- Plotting all necessary actions in order to solve problems that may arise in the field of HR arrive at working solution
- Defines and follow up training strategy for business improvement
Requirements:
- Male/Female, below 40 years ancient
- S1, majoring in psychology or human resources management
- At least 5 years of experience at the same position preferable in manufacturing company
- Strong in analysis, development and management skill
- Excellent understanding of manpower regulation
- Strong communication and willing to work hard independently
- Computer literate
