Responsibilities:
- To develop HR system based on Matrix Cross Function
- To make Compensation & Benefit structure
- To make relationship with HR/Management Consultant
- To make Competitor Analysis in terms of HR Function
- To handle Industrial Relation matter in the company
Requirements:
- Male
- Age between 30-35 years ancient
- Preferably hold Master Degree from Business College
- Min. 2 – 5 Year of Managerial Experience in People Development, Organization Development, Competency Based Analysis, Compensation & Benefit, Network in HR/Management Consultant, and Industrial Relation
