Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Min 30 years ancient
- At least Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology
- Having experience min 2 years as HR Manager
- Having experience in using HRM Tolls (Jamsostek, Asuransi dan UU Ketenagakerjaan, Payroll, MPP, Perfomance appraisal, dan pengembangan karyawan)
- Can be coordinated with colleagues to meet the needs within the company and with external parties
- Has excellent Leadership skills
- Assertive and critical
- Preferably have experience in Outsourcing Services
- Communicative & Having insight
- Having excellent health
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to speak English actively
