HR Supervisor

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY:

• Supervises and administers the distribution and disbursement of wages and salaries to all employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Handle all functions associated with the company’s payroll operation.
• Writes, interprets, and enforces all new payroll policies and procedures.
• Handle additions/changes to computerized payroll systems
• Liaise with outside computer payroll processing operation for resolving problems, correcting errors.
• Responsible for all nonroutine or unscheduled payroll action, and for compiling, computing, and preparing other payroll related data, reports, checks, and transmittals.

Requirements:

• Degree in human resources management or business administration with GPA minimum 3.5 from reputable universities.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experiences.
• Proficient in HR matters especially in Payroll and Data base systems
• Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
• Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
• Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to start in small notice a strong advantage.
• Strong in data base software.
