Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Establish & monitoring HR procedures
- Ability to effectively interact and interface across all functions and levels of the organization
- Analytic and strategic way of thinking.
- Organisational talent and flexibility.
- Willing to traveling out of Jakarta.
