Responsibilities:
- Responsible to monitoring office building maintenance activities, company car operational, water/electricity, air conditioning, entrance/exit security, and Computer Center, and other general office activities; manage office supplies; Assisting in buy contracts preparation, printout of delivery lists, and accounts verification ; Issue PO for Lighting, Consumer Lifestyle, Healthcare & Corp; Purchasing Internal Control System documentations.
Requirements:
- Academy/Diploma degree (any discipline), min 3 years working experience with similar position would be additional advantage, familiar with office/building maintenance; has excellent personality and interpersonal skill, has an acceptable level of English language, has excellent coordination capability. The incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated
