Organization Development and Talent Management Officer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to analyse, develop and coordinate talent management programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Strong organizational and leadership background.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Target oriented, conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Familiar to conduct assessment for talent management.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
