Organization Development (OD) Chief
(Banten – Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
- As a coordinator of all kinds of project in OD area activities (Job Analysis, Man Power Plotting, Employee Satisfaction Survey & Other HR System Development)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Management/Industrial Engineering
- Min 1 year working experience in same related area
- Computer & English literate
- Excellent knowledge about Human Resource Management, especially in Job Analysis, Man Power Plotting, Employee Satisfaction Survey & Other HR System Development
- Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skill
- Having excellent people & task managing skill
- High motivated & initiative
