Recruitment Executive
(South Jakarta Branch)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process of the allocated assignments of the Branch by providing a high quality management through a thorough PeopleSource SOPs and guidelines in order to ensure the maximum possible success.
- Responsible from understanding the Client’s profile and requirements, assessing and small-listing candidates, facilitating the negotiation process between selected candidates and the Client and ensuring a “closed-deal” through an brilliant follow-up work.
- In charge of providing accurate, complete and timely weekly/monthly reports to the management on assignments activities.
- In charge of maintaining brilliant relationship with existing Clients.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Account Servicing, Customer Service. A Recruitment background is not a MUST.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, hardworking, pleasant and dynamic personality.
- Solid Client Management skills.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
- Experience in working in an International, quick-paced environment.
