Recruitment & OD Specialist

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Manages recruitment activities in the company from collecting the inquiry from other department, analyzing the inquiry, advertisement placement, conducting interview process, administering and analyzing psychological assessment, and coordinating users to ensure the vacancy is filled up.
• Maintains open communication with recruitment agencies and ensures the performance of agencies;
• Building talent pool database for future organization needs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related major from reputable university;
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Recruitment Specialist in multinational company;
• Strong proficiency of interview skills;
• Brilliant knowledge in administering, analyzing and developing interpretation of psychological tools;
• Possess can do attitude, pressure persistent, and able to thhrive in quick paced;
• Fluency in English both oral and written;
• Computer literate.
