- Structure & Promotion Verification
TALENT MANAGEMENT:
- Competency Directory
- Assessment
- Career Development & Succession Plotting
- Individual Development Plot
- Management Development Programs
- Training Module Design & Development
- Training implementation & Compliance
Requirements:
- Master Degree from reputable University in Overseas.
- Preferably 10 years working experienced in HR Strategic (Organizational Development, Talent Mgt)
- Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active) and Mandarin Speaking (Preferably)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity and accountability.
