Marketing Executive
(Jakarta Raya – Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the below:
- Generate profitable growth with current customers
- Ability to find new customers and generate sales
- Develop sales forecasts and control expenses in line with budget
- Translate customer requirements and manage customer expectations by effective communication, accurate selection and submission of successful flavours
- Maintain and build knowledge of customers industry and products, and markets to target opportunities
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Educate customer regarding our products and it’s usage
- Relationship building with the customer at the highest levels within the region
- Submission of reports to management
Requirements:
- Max. 35 years of age
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Science or Science related
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant flavor sales experience with brilliant networking (local) in the Food & Beverage industry
- Background in product development/ applications is preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Highly motivated (positive thinking) and responsible
- Mature thinking with excellent working ethics and attitude
- High level of professionalism, integrity and loyalty
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
- Proficient in English – Both spoken and written (Mandarin and dialects is a plus)
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Excellent presentation (communication), inter-personal, selling and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn, quick learner with the ability to work independently under stress and must be a team player with commercial awareness
- Brilliant organizational skills with the ability to initiative and independently drive projects to completion
- Ability to work with confidential material with discretion and integrity is a must
- Posses driving license (SIM A) and own vehicle is preferred
- Willing to work in West Jakarta area
