Responsibilities:
- Position Assessment Officer
- Placement : HO – Thamrin – Jakarta
Job qualification :
- Female / Male, 26 – 30 years ancient
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, preferable having certification as Psychologist or Master’s degree in Psychology.
- Having min 3 years of experience in recruitment and assessment process in manufacturing industry.
- Brilliant in psychodiagnostic (psychological test & making psychological report), interviewing skill, assessment technique.
- Brilliant in English & computer literature.
- Dynamic, independent & high Interpersonal skill.
- Must be willing to travel.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
