Assistant HR Manager
(Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Developing HR management strategy and procedures, including payroll, compensation & benefit, tax (pph 21), personnel administration, industrial relation, and awareness of labor issues.
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably from Law.
- Familiar with Indonesia Labor Law.
- Minimum 5 years experiences with strong background in industrial relation, compensation & benefit.
- Fluent in English, strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
Remuneration:
- Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
