Branch Manager
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Have a brilliant leadership skills, brilliant communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active, initiative, negotiation capability & customer and services oriented, persuasive and able to manage emotional restrain.
- Capable in handling recruitment process, coaching, appraisal, assessment, able to conduct psychological test, knows about compensation & benefit, labor regulations (UU No.13 Tahun 2003), jamsostek or all related to General HR.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
