Community Development and Relation Officer (CDR)
Responsibilities:
- Support, develop and evaluate strategies that encourage community participation in activities.
- Monitor, evaluate and recommend changes to community development programs, policies, practices or budgets.
- Communicate frequently with community groups, government bodies, and NGO’s related.
- Design, propose and implement related & adequate training in order to raise community motivation.
- Carry out administrative work which may include written correspondence, preparing submissions and reports for meetings.
Requirements:
- Male, Healthy, Max. age 35 years ancient
- Bachelor Degree with background majoring in Psychology, Sociology Or Mass Communication (other major will also be considered), with minimum GPA 2.75
- Computer literate especially windows program
- Excellent in English both oral & written
- Able to work independently and in cooperation with others
- Excellent work organization and time management skills
- Able to know the issues and interests of the communities involved
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to work with mass media
- Preferable having knowledge in handling corporate image and reputation
- Have strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skill, able to work independently and team work.
- Ready to work at remote rural area in Eastern Indonesia.
