Compensation & Benefits Supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management Accounting
- Minimum experience 3 years in Payroll from multi national manufacturing company and HR local Law Knowledge
- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records and excel basic programming
- Verify attendance, hours worked, overtime calculation and pay adjustments, and post information on to designated records
- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
- Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions
- Manage efficiently the monthly reporting needs of the company in a timely and efficient manner (headcount, over hours, turnover, absenteeism, salary cost, and salary structure)
- Brilliant leadership, strong analytical skills with proven competencies in manufacturing
- Excellent in English both oral and written
