Competency & Career Management Specialist
(Jawa Timur – Sidoarjo)
Responsibilities:
- Conductcompetency Assessment
- Help in developing competency catalogue and profile
- Design development program based on employees’ competency assessment result
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resource having experience in Competency assessment and Career Management will be an anvantage.
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Strong analythical skill and reportin
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
