Competency & Career Management Specialist
(Jawa Timur – Sidoarjo)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Competency Assessment
- Assisst in developing competency catalog & profile
- Design development program based on employees’ competency assessment result
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Competency Assessment and Career Management area
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Strong analythical skill and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skill
