Requirements:
- Male/Female, 37-40 years ancient
- At least Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Law or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 10 years experience as General Manager Human Capital Development
- Brilliant communication skill
- Brilliant leadership skill
- Brilliant analytical and strategic thinking
- Has brilliant comprehension on Recruitment and selection system, training and development, organization development, compensation and benefit, performance management, industrial relations and labor law.
- Able to perform under pressure
- Willing to be placed on Cibitung area
