Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Human Resource/ Business Studies/ Management or equivalent
- Experience in Human Resources Function for a minimum 8 years
- Familiar with recruitment process, training process and analytical presentation
- Certification for Psychometric and Targeted Selection preferably
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
