HR Executive
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Have Knowledge of Indonesia Human resource rules and regulation
- Manage and Maintain employee confidential records (Payroll, Pay slip etc)
- Able to evaluate employee performance, interview and shortlist the best candidates for Company
- Able to maintain employee health insurance and Jamsostek
- Make book of a company rule according to HR rules and government (Depnaker) regulation
- Provide general admin duties as needed for other department and as a team
- Help to process working permit for expatriate staff
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- 1 year relevant experience. But, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Must know procedure in work permit application for expatriate staff. Hands-on experience is preferable.
- Possess positive personally, working attitude and customer-focused
- Able to command in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Excellent in English both oral and written, knowing Mandarin is a plus
