AJBS Group, a leading group company in retail is looking for a:
HR & GA Manager
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya)
Responsibilities:
- Organizing human resources activities and processes to buy and develop qualified human resources, to support the achievement of the company’s business plot
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree majoring in any major, preferably Law or Psychology.
- At least 2 years experience working as a HR & GA Manager.
- Able to make and implement HRD system & procedure in the company.
- Having an brilliant knowledge about Labor Law in Indonesia.
- Having an ability to built excellent relationships with Government Institute in related to labor subjects or corporate documents, like Disnaker, Jamsostek, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan etc.
- Having excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Will be placed in Surabaya – Jawa Timur.
