HR & GA Manager Kalimantan Area
(Kalimantan Timur – Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
- Membuat, melaksanakan dan memantau seluruh kegiatan di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia dan bagian umum (GA): semua yang berhubungan dengan aspek legal, masalah perijinan, rekrutmen, training, keselamatan, kesejahteraan karyawan, termasuk didalamnya masalah kesehatan, absensi, cuti dan keselamatan kerja dan sebagainya. Dibidang umum seperti: pengadaan, penyimpanan dan penyaluran, pengamanan, pemeliharaan, perbaikan, rehabilitasi, penghapusan, dan penggantian asset perusahaan dalam rangka menunjang kegiatan dan kelancaran tugas dari seluruh Kalimantan.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Management or General HR.
