HR & GA MANAGER
(Jakarta – KUNINGAN, SOUTH JAKARTA)
Responsibilities:
- The HR & GA Manager manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
- He/She carries out responsibilities in the following HR Strategic Functional areas:
- Company Rules
- Recruiting and Staffing
- Organizational Development and Space Plotting;
- Performance Management and Improvement Systems;
- Employment and Compliance to Regulatory concerns and reporting (Industrial/Employee Relation & Government Relations)
- Employee Orientation, Development, and Training;
- Policy Development and Documentation;
- Company Employee Communication;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
- Employee services and counseling.
Requirements:
He/She must come with:
- At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the HR & GA field is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): HR Activity, HR Duties, General HR Functions, Employee and Labor Relations, Employee Benefits and Compensation, Employee Recruitment & Development.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KUNINGAN,SOUTH JAKARTA.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
