HR & GA Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead HR team.
- Be the strategic partner/ HR consultant to the business units.
- Manage the implementation of performance management system.
- Manage end to end HR Operation within the unit.
- Manage General Affairs activities
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.
- Ensure the HR services and processes are implemented in accordance to HR policy and procedures.
- Organization Development (Perform the organizational competence, Give analysis and recommendation design of the organization, programs, activities that able to contributes to organizational health and effectiveness).
- People Management (Know the whole concept and implementation of attracting, training and development and maintain the quality of workforce, Compensation and benefit, Industrial relation & communication & change management)
Requirements:
- Male or Female, 35 – 45 years ancient
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent knowledge in HR procedure & process, performance appraisal, Indonesia labor raws & regulation, industrial relations, employee benefits, payroll and PPh 21, Training Need Analysis (TNA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and also familiar with General Affair activities.
- Excellent training skills is an advantage
- Strong leadership skill, Excellent communication and management skill
- Self motivated, positive attitude, enthusiastic and initiative
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
