Responsibilities:
Reports to the CFO
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Business Management
- Having 10 years HR related work experience
- Experience in recruiting and competence management, payroll, allowances, personnel administration, general affairs, insurance, car pool
- Having excellent knowledge of Government Labor Regulation, defining internal regulation for employees
- Experience in updating organization charts and category mapping
- Experience in the implementation of QA/QC and HSE procedures within the HR Department
- Excellent command of English both oral & written
