Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Must have brilliant knowledge in:
- Indonesian Labor Laws Regulation.
- Performance Appraisal and Industrial Relations
- Payroll
- Jamsostek
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Employee/Labour Relation or Compensation & Benefits.
