Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge and understanding in Recruitment, Training & Development, Industrial Relation, Organization & People Development, Compensation & Benefit, General Affairs and Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation
  • Support the HR function such as recruitment, training administration, insurance and staff welfare etc.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience as HR Officer.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
