Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment and training activities
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.
- Male / Female, max 30 years ancient
- Required skill(s): Interview, Training Need Analysis.
- Required language(s): English.
- Have excellent knowledge about Competency Based Human Resource Management
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in recruitment and training (especially from property developer or management).
- Able to use and administer psychological test is a plus
- Willing to be placed at Tangerang
