Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment activities so that recruitment process is efficient, effective and honest. Implement recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled with the best match candidates
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Familiar with Psychological test and psychological report
- Min 2 years experience in human resources selection activities
- Preferable with FMCG or Recruitment Consultant background
- Excellent in English both oral & written
- Excellent communication
- Full-Time positions available.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang Factory
