Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Training
- Job Assesment and Evaluation
- HR Related Documents Handling
- Communication bridging among local staffs and Japanese Expatriates
Requirements:
- Male/ female, maximum 35 years ancient
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology
- Having excellent knowledge in recruitment and training
- At least 2 years working experience in handling recruitment & training
- Having excellent presentation skill
- High motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Required language (s) : English, Japanese
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
