HR Staff
(Banten – Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
- Advertising vacant position through newspaper or internet
- Doing job honest or campus hiring for applicant database
- Conducting psychological test
- Interviewing qualified candidates
- Reporting to end – user regarding to recruitment process
- Setting interview schedule with end user
- Confirm to end for the new hire employee
- Conducting and responsible for all training process (plotting, realization, evaluation)
- Making yearly training needs program
- Comprehend to make TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
- Arranging internal, external or in house training
Requirements:
- Age 20 – 35 years ancient
- Min. Diploma Degree of Management or Psychology major with GPA min 2.75 (Scale 4)
- Having experience in training & recruitment field (min. 2 years)
- Familiar with psychological tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skill
- Having pleasant personality
- Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
- Creative, high initiative, and quick learner
- Familiar with computer
