HR Supervisor
Requirements :
- Female/Male, 27-35 years
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ HR Management/ FKIP
- Experience in Human Resources with minimum 3 years (preferable in Recruitment & Training)
- Able to handle recruitment, selection & assessment of manpower needs in order to sustain business expansion.
- Able to identify training development needs of all employees, has experience as a trainer would be an advantage
- Able to handle employee development matters, designing career path of employee
- Brilliant knowledge of people learning & development and organizational development
- Communication skill in English is a must
- Excellent team players
