Responsibilities:
- To make, conduct and monitoring all activities in HRD & GA field such as conduct recruitment process (from selecting CV’s, interview, make schedule, and soon), training, performance appraisal, etc.
- Monitoring personnel activities (leave, absence, overtime, medical, Jamsostek, business trip, etc).
- Handling all administrative task that related to HRD & GA.
- Responsible for all employee relation activities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
