HR Supervisor (HRS)
(Jawa Timur – Gempol Porong, Pasuruan, East Java)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Law
- Having min 3-5 years of relevant position experience
- Male/Female , age 25- 35 years ancient
- Having minimum 2-3 years experiences Recruitment, Payroll ,CBHRM, Job Evaluation and Employee Relation
- Know Labor Law/ UU Ketenagakerjaan and PKB
- *General Requirement* :
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Conversation in English , in both spoken and written
- Able to work in a team and individual
- Mature, meticulous ,responsible, and hard worker
- Willing be placed in Gempol Porong, Pasuruan, East Java
- Willing to work under pressure and tight time work
