Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Max. 37 years ancient
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Comprehends with HR aspects such as Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefit, & Industrial Relation.
- Preferably experience implementing Competency and KPI Balance Scorecard
- Has depth knowledge in Labor law (UU 13/2003).
- Computer literate.
- Strong leadership and mature.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skill, active, self motivated, dynamic, creative and innovative.
- Having brilliant communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
