Requirements:
- Male / Female, Age between 25-28 years ancient
- Min. University degree, majoring in Pshycology / Law / Management with min GPA 2,75
- Min. 3 years experience in similar position, preferably from Quick Moving Consumer Goods Distribution Company
- Brilliant knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes
- Having a excellent Knowledge about Recruitment, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management
- Having the ability to manage data, data analysis and data evaluation process to achieve the goal purpose
- Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature and Committed end the task
- Hard working, initiative & excellent team work
- Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English, Competent in HR Applications and Microsoft-Office (advanced in MS Excel)
