- Employee Discipline Controlling
- Settlement of employee grievances
- Retirement Process
- Reporting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Employee/Labour Relation or Management.
