Human Resource Executive
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya)
Requirements:
- Male or Female (Bachelor degree of Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.0).
- Have working experience minim 2 years in Human resource area.
- Computer (Microsoft office and basic statistic) and English communication is preferred.
- Can work as team or independent & under pressure, confidence and also hard worker.
- Familiar with Performance Management System, Recruitment selection, training & development, organization development, compensation & benefit and labor act man power rules
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication skills and brilliant conflict management.
- Able to develop HR procedure to make best standardization
- Familiar or have basic knowledge about Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2008.
