PT IDSS Indonesia (www.idss.com.au) seeks to recruit Human Resource Manager for a large and complex Government to Government bilateral Poverty Reducation Support Facility project in Indonesia:
Human Resource Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Establishment and management of persnnel recruitment systems, icluding advertising, selection and small-listing of all staff to be hired under Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)
- Establishment and management of personnel management systems including preparation of contracts, processing of appointment and termination, disbursement of salary and allowances, staff appraisal, staff training and professional development and other ongoing staff management requirements
- Liase with Gol managers to ensure that the personnel management needs are met for PRSF funded members of the National Team Secretariat, Working Groups, the Task Force for Cluster 1 and support staff for the Technical Committees.
Requirements:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in human resource development or other related field of study
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English, and ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
- Sufficient years of working HR experience in medium to large oranisation
- Multi-disciplinary knowledge of HR management
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws
- Knowledge of affirmative and equal employment principles, concept and methodology
